At Havvy, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery for eligible products. To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in original condition
  • Include original packaging, accessories, and tags (if applicable)
  • Not show signs of damage caused after delivery

Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, customization, or product-specific restrictions.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Photos/videos showing the issue
  • Description of the problem

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Refund timelines may vary:

  • Online payments: Usually processed within 5–10 business days after approval
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refunds may be provided via bank transfer or another approved method

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns or refunds may not be accepted for:

  • Used or damaged products (not caused during shipping)
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Products marked as non-returnable on the product page
  • Items returned without original packaging (where applicable)

Shipping Charges

Shipping fees, if applicable, may be non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our side.
